Appraisal Group’s Energy Division is proud to include two certified Registered Energy Advisors (REAs) who are licensed through Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). They perform comprehensive EnerGuide home evaluations, assessing key areas like insulation, air leakage, heating and cooling systems, and more. Following the assessment, you’ll receive an official EnerGuide rating along with customized recommendations to improve your home’s energy efficiency. Our REAs also guide homeowners through available rebate and grant programs, including the Canada Greener Homes Grant and Enbridge’s Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+), helping you save energy and money.
